We require up to 3 business days to process your order before dispatching to our courier.  For Portugal and Spain the delivery is expected to take 1 business day, as soon as the parcel is dispatched.

You will be sent a shipping confirmation e-mail as soon as your order has been processed, with your tracking ID.Take note that multi-product orders could be shipped and delivered separately.If you have any trouble tracking your order, let us know so we can try to help.

All orders shipped to the United States are sent under the DPP (Delivered, Paid Duties) shipping method.

This means that all applicable import taxes, customs duties, and fees are included in the total amount paid at checkout. No additional charges will be required upon delivery.

Customers in the United States will not be responsible for any customs clearance procedures, payments, or documentation related to import duties or taxes. The shipment will be delivered directly to the designated address without further action required from the recipient.
